Chat added

A small and basic chat has been added to the forums, it has been added for whenever the guild needs to hold discussions or just wants to have fun. Either way, please keep spam to a minimum, because this chat (default/built-in) doesn't auto-clear messages. They have to be erased by the staff and if there was anything offensive left in there, we'll surely know. Also, a small set of emotes is available but they're not as much as the ones you can use in the forum.

Small notes:

• User color cannot be changed (it will use your forum color)
  
• Text color can be changed freely
  
• Small selection of emotes
  
• Bold, Italic, Underline & Strike are available
  
• You can get in by clicking the button "CHAT" in the Nav.Bar
